How to Register

1. Online Registration
  • Click “Register Now” on the event website.
  • Select “ Virtual Run (At least 3.5KM)”. 
  • Fill in your personal information and submit your application.
2. Upload Your Record
  • During the event period, log in your account to upload your running records and check‑in photo(s).
  • The screenshots must clearly show:

    (1) The date, time, route and completed distance

    (2) Check-in photo(s) [extra souvenir for photos with '3' and '5' hand gestures]

    (3) Running Photo with the virtual race bib. 

  • Photo Example (up to 3 photos maximum)

  • Please make sure to input the correct distance.
3. Record Verification
  • Participants must ensure that all required records and photographs are successfully uploaded and clearly viewable on the platform. The Organizer will review and verify all entries. Submissions containing incomplete or insufficient information will not be accepted.
  • Participants may upload and update their records at any time throughout the event period. However, only the last 3 records submitted before the deadline will be counted toward the final results. 
  • The deadline of all uploads is January 10, 2027 (Sunday) 11:59 p.m. HKT. Late submission will not be accepted.
  • The leader board will be updated every Wednesday at 12:00 noon HKT, based on the results as of every Sunday at 11:59 p.m. HKT.
  • The Organizer will review all submitted records. In the event that fraudulent or falsified records are discovered, the Organizer reserves the right to delete such non-compliant data and immediately disqualify the participant from receiving any event souvenirs or prizes.
4. Distribution of Race Pack
  • Participants who successfully fulfill all challenge criteria shall be notified via email from the Organizer regarding the distribution of race packs.
  • Please ensure the mailing address provided during registration is correct. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any missed notifications due to incorrect email addresses or spam filtering.

 

Souvenir

Each successfully finish Virtual Run participant will receive the following items upon the conclusion of the event:

 

The race pack will be distributed within two weeks upon the conclusion of the event and successful verification of all records.

  • Stock is limited. Tee sizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
  • If there is no option of the particular size in the registration system, it means this particular size is already out of stock. The tee size cannot be amended after registration.

All successfully registered participants have the chance to order event-exclusive souvenir. First-come, first-served, and valid until stock last.

Important Notes

Registration

  • Participants must be aged 18 or above. By submitting this registration form, the participant acknowledges they have read the “Important Notes” and agree to be bound by the event’s terms, conditions, and any subsequent amendments issued by the Organizer.
  • A successful registration is strictly contingent upon timely payment. If full payment is not received through the official channel within the designated period, the slot will be deemed forfeited without further notice. The Organizer is under no obligation to issue payment reminders, grant extensions, or accommodate alternative payment methods.
  • Incomplete applications will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
  • All information provided by the participant in the registration form must be true and accurate. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any person from the race who has provided incorrect personal data/details on the entry form.
  • Upon acceptance of the registration, all application fee are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable to other applicants or future events, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. Duplicate or repeated applications will be counted as a single entry; no cancellation, modifications, or refund will be issued for duplicate payment. 
  • A confirmation email will be issued to the registered email address within 7 working days upon successful registration. If you do not receive any confirmation email within 7 working days of submission, please contact us via email at [email protected] or call (852) 2117 1650 for assistance.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to close registration at any time, prior to or following the specified registration deadline, without advance notice. Please note that no race-day registrations will be accommodated; all applications must be finalized through the official portal ahead of closure.

Health & Safety Advice

  • Participants must ensure their health condition is suitable for the physical demands of this race. In case of any health doubts, participants are strongly encouraged to seek professional medical advice before registering or attending.
  • Participants must fully understand the nature and physical demands of the event, which involves strenuous exertion. Participants must ensure they are in sound medical condition and physically capable of safely completing the activity. The Organizer strongly advises all participants to continually assess their own physical condition and health status throughout the event. In case of injury or indisposition, participants must cease activity immediately.
  • Participants should take protective measures against UV exposure, including the application of sunscreen, wearing cap, and ensuring continuous fluid replenishment throughout the duration of the event.
  • Participants are advised to monitor local weather forecasts, and plan their schedule ahead. In the event of adverse weather conditions, please do not proceed.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or disqualify any participant known or suspected to be physically unfit to safely complete the event. The Organizer’s determination regarding a participant’s fitness to complete shall be final, binding, and conclusive upon the participant.
  • Participants shall indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless against all supplementary expenses, damages, or costs incurred arising out of or in connection with the fault or any action or behavior of such participants throughout the duration of the event. The participant agrees to fully reimburse the Organizer for any such financial outlays immediately upon notification.
  • Participation in the event is entirely voluntary and at the own risk of participants. By registering, participants agree to absolve the Organizer, Event Producer and any sponsor and/or supporting entities from any liabilities arising from bodily injuries, accidents, death, or other losses incurred during the event, including travel to and from the event venue or arising from any cause whatsoever.

Personal Information Statement

  • All information provided by the participants in the registration forms must be true and accurate.
  • Any individual who participates in the event by providing false information or through personation will be instantly disqualified. The Organizer reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against all parties involved.
  • By completing the registration process, participants agree to abide by all established rules and regulations of the event. The Organizer and its authorized third parties may permanently use photographs, voices, likenesses, and personal identification information obtained throughout this event for administrative and marketing purposes under legal circumstances, without requiring prior review or approval by participants.

Others

  • This is a virtual event. Participants are responsible for providing your own compatible tracking equipment (e.g. smartwatch or smart band) or smartphone applications to log your activity data for submission. 
  • The Organizer shall not be held liable or required to provide any compensation for any damage, corruption, or loss of event records during the upload or usage period.
  • All prizes awarded are non-convertible to cash or cash equivalents.
  • The Organizer retains the right to amend the program, rules, and regulations at any time without prior notice. Should there be any disputes, the Organizer reserves the right to render a final, conclusive decision. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the event’s terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
