  • Stock is limited. Tee sizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis during the race pack distribution period.
  • If there is no option of the particular size in the registration system, it means this particular size is already out of stock. The tee size cannot be amended after registration.

Important Notes

Registration

  • Participants must be aged 18 or above. By submitting this registration form, the participant acknowledges they have read the “Important Notes” and agree to be bound by the event’s terms, conditions, and any subsequent amendments issued by the Organizer.
  • A successful registration is strictly contingent upon timely payment. If full payment is not received through the official channel within the designated period, the slot will be deemed forfeited without further notice. The Organizer is under no obligation to issue payment reminders, grant extensions, or accommodate alternative payment methods.
  • Incomplete applications will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
  • All information provided by the participant in the registration form must be true and accurate. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any person from the race who has provided incorrect personal data/details on the entry form.
  • Upon acceptance of the registration, all application fee are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable to other applicants or future events, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. Duplicate or repeated applications will be counted as a single entry; no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be issued for duplicate payments.
  • A confirmation email will be issued to the registered email address within 7 working days upon successful registration. If you do not receive any confirmation email within 7 working days of submission, please contact us via email at [email protected] or call (852) 2117 1650 for assistance.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to close registration at any time, prior to or following the specified registration deadline, without advance notice. Please note that no race-day registrations will be accommodated; all applications must be finalized through the official portal ahead of closure.

Race Pack

  • Official electronic notification regarding the collection of race packs will be dispatched to all successful registrants approximately 3 weeks prior to the race day.
  • Successful registrants must present either a printed copy or a digital version of the official notification email to claim the race pack.

Health & Safety Advice

  • Participants must ensure their health condition is suitable for the physical demands of this race. In case of any health doubts, participants are strongly encouraged to seek professional medical advice before registering or attending.
  • Participants must fully understand the nature and physical demands of the event, which involves strenuous exertion. Participants must ensure they are in sound medical condition and physically capable of safely completing the activity. The Organizer strongly advises all participants to continually assess their own physical condition and health status throughout the event. In case of injury or indisposition, participants must cease activity immediately and seek assistance from the nearest onsite race officials.
  • Participants should take protective measures against UV exposure, including the application of sunscreen, wearing cap, and ensuring continuous fluid replenishment throughout the duration of the event.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or disqualify any participant known or suspected to be physically unfit to safely complete the event. The Organizer’s determination regarding a participant's fitness to compete shall be final, binding, and conclusive upon the participant.
  • The Organizer maintains a public liability insurance policy for the duration of the event. Such policy does not extend to individual personal risks. Participants are strongly encouraged to secure their own personal accident, medical, or travel insurance policies as they deem necessary.
  • Participants shall indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless against all supplementary expenses, damages, or costs incurred arising out of or in connection with the fault or any action or behavior of such participants throughout the duration of the event. The participant agrees to fully reimburse the Organizer for any such financial outlays immediately upon notification.
  • Participation in the event is entirely voluntary and at the own risk of participants. By registering, participants agree to absolve the Organizer, Event Producer and any sponsor and/or supporting entities from any liabilities arising from bodily injuries, accidents, death, or other losses incurred during the event, including travel to and from the event venue or arising from any cause whatsoever.

Severe Weather

  • If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time effective from 8 a.m. on the day preceding the race, the event will be cancelled.
  • If the Red / Black Rainstorm Signal or the Hong Kong Observatory issues an extreme weather warning at any time effective from 4 a.m. on the event day, the event will be cancelled.
  • Should any of the above inclement weather warnings be enacted post-commencement of the race, the Race Director reserves the absolute right to alter the course route, adjust the distance, or halt the race in the interest of participant safety. In the event of the race suspension or stoppage, the event will be officially cancelled. Under these circumstances, application fees remain strictly non-refundable.
  • In the event that the race is rescheduled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, all participants will automatically be carried forward to the rescheduled date. All application fees will remain strictly non-refundable. Furthermore, should a registrant be unavailable to participate on the rescheduled date, the slot may not be assigned or transferred to any third-party applicant.

Personal Information Statement

  • All information provided by the participants in the registration forms must be true and accurate.
  • Any individual who participates in the event by providing false information or through personation will be instantly disqualified. The Organizer reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against all parties involved.
  • By completing the registration process, participants agree to abide by all established rules and regulations of the event. The Organizer and its authorized third parties may permanently use photographs, voices, likenesses, and personal identification information obtained throughout this event for administrative and marketing purposes under legal circumstances, without requiring prior review or approval by participants.

Others

  • Baggage storage service will be provided at the event. The Organizer strongly recommends that participants arrive one hour in advance to allow sufficient time for arrangements. Please do not store any valuable items; the Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss of or damage to the stored property.
  • Should there be any emergency arise or assistance be required during the event, participants shall contact the official personnel stationed at the Information Center.
  • All prizes awarded are non-convertible to cash or cash equivalents.
  • The Organizer retains the right to amend the program, rules, and regulations at any time without prior notice. Should there be any disputes, the Organizer reserves the right to render a final, conclusive decision. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the event's terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
